Shari Hildred – Secretary
Shari Hildred, PMP, founded Valmore Consulting Inc. in 2011, bringing over 20 years of expertise in management and project leadership across sectors. Focused on building human capacity, she trains non-profits in leadership, project management, and communication, teaching at the U of R. Shari’s achievements include awards in heritage and community service.

Bill Wells – Government Relations
With deep expertise in policy and government relations, Bill has championed sustainable frameworks like the Framework for Recreation in Canada and Parks for All, both endorsed by multiple government levels. A skilled alliance-builder, he has formed strategic partnerships with government, Indigenous groups, and NGOs, advancing impactful policies in recreation, conservation, and sustainable education across Canada.

Sokhna Ndiaye – Repair Cafe Volunteer
Sokhna Ndiaye is finishing her PhD in Water Sciences and holds a MScs in Ecotoxicology and Oceanography Marine Biology and Ecology, and a BSc in Natural Sciences. Specializing in environmental pollution, she has managed ecotoxicology and marine ecology projects in Canada and France, focusing on pollutant impacts on aquatic systems. Sokhna brings expertise in molecular biology, environmental assessment, and regulatory affairs, excelling in data analysis and scientific communication in French and English

Lisa Vance: Digital Resource Coordinator
Lisa Vance has 10 years of experience with non-profits and informal education, focusing on sustainability and climate action. She facilitates workshops on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and values the role of education in global sustainable development. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s in Tourism Management, a Master’s in International Development, and a certificate in Adult and Community Education. She enjoys reading, board games, volunteering, and traveling.

Reya (Xiaoya) Gao: Repair Cafe Volunteer
Reya is a dynamic business operations analyst with expertise in finance, sustainability, and process optimization. Passionate about environmental initiatives, she is eager to help grow EnviroCollective Repair Cafés helping communities reduce waste and extend product lifecycle’s. With strong project management, financial analysis, and stakeholder communication skills, she drives impactful change by streamlining environmental programs, mitigating risks, and fostering collaboration. Her dedication to sustainability and hands-on community engagement makes her a valuable asset to the organization.

Adrian Werner: Climate Reality Project
As the Regional Engagement Coordinator for the Prairie Region, Adrian serves as a liaison resource for the EnviroCollective Network. He holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Winnipeg and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Leadership at the University of Guelph. Adrian has experience running an urban farm, leading grassroots urban nature initiatives, researching sub-arctic vegetation change, and co-authoring Rooster Town: The History of an Urban Métis Community, 1901-1961. Mac Findlay – Advisor Youth Empowerment Fund
Mac Findlay (he/him) has been involved in climate organizing and was an organizer with Fridays For Future Regina from 2019 – 2022. He is excited about this opportunity to expand climate and environmental education in schools and sees it as a necessary step toward change. This includes new initiatives that encourage young people to engage in political discourse.
