October 2024: This year, with the support of our partner, the Saskatchewan Waste Reduction Council, we included a Repair Café at Victoria Square Mall. The Repair Café provided an opportunity for the public to bring in household items to be fixed for free by skilled volunteers. These volunteers generously shared their knowledge and skills, encouraging the community to repair items rather than discard them. The event saw enthusiastic participation from volunteers and a great public turnout for repairs.
